This Privacy Policy explains how Alphenex Informatic LLP (“Alphenex”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you visit alphenex.com (the “Site”) or engage Alphenex as a client. By using the Site or submitting a form you agree to the terms below.

  • Cookies and similar. See § 6 below for the cookies the Site sets.

3. Why we collect it (lawful basis)

  • Consent. Analytics and any marketing cookies require your consent (UK/EU visitors).
  • Legitimate interest. Responding to enquiries, fulfilling client engagements, securing the Site, fraud prevention.
  • Contract. Performing services you have engaged us to deliver.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share only with:

  • Service processors we use to run our business — Google (Analytics, Search Console, Workspace), email delivery, CRM, payment processors, and cloud hosting (Cloudflare). Each processor is bound by their own privacy terms.
  • Authorities when required by law, court order, or to prevent fraud or harm.

See the dedicated Cookie Policy for the full list, lifetimes, and how to opt out.

7. Data transfers

We are based in India and operate remotely with clients and processors in the USA, UK, UAE, EU, and Gulf. Personal data may be processed in countries outside your home jurisdiction. Where required (UK/EU), transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or processor-provided equivalents.

8. Retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction unless you become a client (in which case engagement records are retained for the duration of the contract plus 7 years for tax/regulatory reasons). Analytics data follows GA4 default retention (14 months).

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (UK ICO, EU national DPAs). To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

10. Security

We use TLS in transit, restricted access controls, audit logging, and reputable cloud providers (Cloudflare, the hosting stack documented in our engineering blueprint). No system is perfectly secure; we will notify affected users of a material breach as required by applicable law.

11. Children

The Site and our services are intended for B2B audiences and adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
